Virtual Machines

When building a Windows 7 32-bit virtual machine, would providing it with 2 vCPUs, 8GB of RAM, 150GB Hard drive, a floppy drive, a CDROM and two network adapters be a valid configuration? Explain your answer.

32-bit OS can only handle up to 4GB RAM. Would be a waste of VM resources. Should be configured with a 64-bit OS.
